1. Intellectual Property

2. Custom Song Commissions

When you commission a personalised song, Colin Dixon retains full copyright ownership of the underlying composition and sound recording. You are granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use. You may share the song privately, play it at events, and post it on personal social media accounts. You may not resell the track, monetize it, distribute it to streaming platforms under your name, or use it in commercial projects without a separate Sync License.

3. Commercial Licensing

If you wish to use OzeAuMusic tracks for films, podcasts, commercial YouTube videos, or other business purposes, please contact me directly via the enquiry form to arrange a proper commercial sync license.

4. Disclaimer
