1. Intellectual Property

Website content (text, design, photos, and drone video) is copyright Colin Dixon (OzeAuMusic) unless otherwise stated.

Colin Dixon is the producer. Every song starts with his ideas, stories, and direction. AI may assist with lyrics and with the recording. That does not replace him as producer.

The master is a .wav released through DistroKid to streaming platforms. Colin also publishes on YouTube, usually with 4K drone video he films himself.

As with any work in this space, claims can arise over phrasing, riffs, or a "sounds like" resemblance. That is ordinary. A licence from OzeAuMusic is not a warranty against every such claim.

2. Custom Song Commissions

When you commission a personalised song, Colin produces it from your brief. AI may assist with lyrics and with the recording. He retains the rights he holds as producer. You are granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use. You may share the song privately, play it at events, and post it on personal social media accounts. You may not resell the track, monetize it, distribute it to streaming platforms under your name, or use it in commercial projects without a separate Sync License.

The song is personalised to your story.

3. Commercial Licensing

If you wish to use OzeAuMusic tracks for films, podcasts, commercial YouTube videos, or other business purposes, please contact me via the enquiry form to arrange a sync license. Licences are granted only for tracks I am permitted to commercially exploit, and only on the terms we agree in writing.

4. Disclaimer

Custom music and licensing are provided "as is." OzeAuMusic is not liable for indirect damages, mismatched expectations, or third-party platform decisions (including DistroKid, Spotify, and YouTube) regarding a track.
